The SHADES S-Hook attaches the SHADES perlon loop cord or steel loop cable to either the J-rail or J-rail Max. Then hook your picture onto the cord or cable using the Smartspring hook for loads up to 8.8 lb or the Zipper hook for loads up to 44 lb. Includes one S-hook.

I had purchased the wrong thing for my railing, Elizabeth helped me navigate and find what I needed for my specific railing, Took back the wrong product and quickly replaced lost product through the delivery process. Kudos all around!

We ordered on Thursday; they arrived on Monday, and were just what we were looking for! These hook over the lip of our office cubicles and hold a frame, calendar, certificate, etc. nicely!

The person I spoke with was kind and courteous. However it is difficult to get through to someone using their phone system. I ended up using email and then a phone call to order. Since the process was difficult I almost ordered from another company. I am glad it work out.
